Last week we heard that God decided to create Angels, and their task is to honour and obey Him alone as His servants. They are made to serve God and to protect those who will inherit salvation. He has created the angels good, that they might be His messengers and serve the elect. But some of them had fallen and are so corrupt that they are enemies of God and everything good.
