The vision of the beast out of the sea is God describing the Antichrist and a world government that will rise again. The world will follow the beast, and they will worship the dragon, for he had given his authority to the beast. The beast will make war against the saints and conquer them! But we can be comforted, Babylon will fall, and the New Jerusalem will rise!
