Revelation Chapter 21 talks about a new heaven, a new earth, and a new Jerusalem. John wrote that he witnessed a new heaven and a new earth because the old ones had passed away. God sent down a new Jerusalem from Heaven for the people. This was as if a bride was being prepared for her husband. God’s dwelling place would now be with the people.
