The one thing we don’t expect is the unexpected. Even the Scouts can be caught out by the unexpected and their motto is ‘Be Prepared’. In our look at Judges today we will see that with God – we should expect the unexpected. Nowhere do we see this more than with the first two judges, Othniel and Ehud. God provides, God rescues, but He doesn’t always do it in the way that is expected.
